Bricktown Brewery is coming soon to Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City! We're looking for friendly, outgoing Hosts and Hostesses to join our team and help create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every guest who walks through our doors. If you enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, and take pride in making a great first impression, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Seat guests promptly while maintaining an organized and efficient table rotation.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest questions, and assist with takeout orders.
- Communicate wait times and seating availability clearly and professionally.
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready lobby areas, host stations, menus, and restrooms.
- Assist with stocking supplies and completing opening, closing, and side work duties.
- Work closely with servers, managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Manual dexterity to handle menus, phones, and restaurant equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
