Bricktown Brewery is coming soon to Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City! We're looking for dependable, hardworking Dishwashers to join our kitchen team and help keep our restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly. If you enjoy staying active, work well as part of a team, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and three-compartment sinks according to sanitation standards.
- Organize and properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with unloading deliveries, stocking supplies, and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Keep kitchen floors, dishwashing stations, and surrounding work areas clean and safe.
- Remove trash, sweep, mop, and complete assigned cleaning duties throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and equipment during service.

- Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle dishes, cleaning tools, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
